I stayed at Pristine Bay and was initially wowed by the stunning views and beautiful pools. However, my stay was marred by several issues including slow service and maintenance problems. While the room was lovely, the service left a lot to be desired, especially regarding basic necessities. Overall, the location is fantastic, but serious improvements are needed in management and upkeep.
